Refund Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website.
1. Order Adjustment & Cancellation
1.1 Order Changes
We typically start processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure timely delivery. As a result, once an order has been processed, certain information cannot be modified. Within 6 hours of placing your order, please reach us via our Contact Form if you need to change any order details.
- You may change the product variant and/or shipping address. If the change increases the order value, additional payment will be required. If we don’t receive payment confirmation within 48 hours, we will process the order with the original information. If the change decreases the order value, the price difference will not be refunded.
- If you cancel some products, your order may no longer be eligible for any active promotion.
1.2 Cancellation Within 6 Hours
If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for any payment processing fees incurred, which are non-refundable.
1.3 Cancellation After 6 Hours
Cancellation beyond 6 hours after placing an order is not allowed. In cases where inaccurate or insufficient information (such as an incorrect address) prevents us from processing or delivering your order, we will notify you via your registered email. If we do not hear from you within the specified time, we may cancel the order and refund the remaining amount (if any) after deducting all incurred processing and shipping costs.
2. Replacement & Refund
2.1 Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your order is not successfully delivered after 45 business days (and no later than 60 business days) from the order placement date for Standard or Premium shipping, or after 60 business days (and no later than 90 business days) for Eco shipping.
- Your order has a quality issue. Quality-related claims must be made within 7 business days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
2.2 Required Documentation
To help us resolve product-related issues promptly, please provide the following when submitting a claim:
- An unboxing video when you receive the package.
- Photo(s) of any quality issues or damaged parts of the product received.
- Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (if the item differs in color, design, or size from your order confirmation).
- Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item measured with a ruler (if the size is inconsistent with the size chart).
- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
2.3 Processing Time
After we confirm via email that you qualify for a refund or replacement, we will process it within 7 business days of confirmation.
- Replacement tracking numbers will be provided within 7β10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be processed within 3β5 business days of confirmation. Please note that your payment provider determines when the refund is credited to your account.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 Information Requirements
You must provide all information and/or documentation related to your order upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent activity is detected, or to refuse support if complete and accurate information is not provided in accordance with this refund policy.
3.2 Delivery Failures
We will not be liable for any loss or delivery failure caused by the recipient’s absence, an incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery.
3.3 User Errors
We will not accept responsibility for any claim resulting from user error, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.
3.4 Packaging & Creases
Products are folded during packaging and may arrive with creases. This is not a product defect. To prevent or remove wrinkles, lay the product flat for 3β5 days after receiving it.
