1. Order Processing

In normal conditions, our typical processing times are as follows:

• Orders without print-on-demand item(s) typically take 7–10 business days to process.
• Orders with print-on-demand item(s) typically take 1–7 business days to process.
• Orders with personalized items will take 1–3 additional business days to process.

2. Shipping Methods, Time & Fees

Based on the actual weight of your order, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown to you. Available shipping methods, specific shipping times, and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Some special items, such as liquid goods, can only be shipped using the Eco-shipping method, which may increase the cost of worldwide delivery.

An estimated delivery time for your order will be shown on the order confirmation. Final delivery is often handled by the local postal service. Actual shipping time may vary depending on carrier availability.

During peak seasons and periods of high demand, carrier services may require an additional 5–10 business days for shipping.

3. Delivery Terms

We work with many carriers to ship orders, depending on the shipment address.

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes depending on the shipping destination. For further information, please refer to your country’s customs policies.

4. Change of Delivery Address

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has gone into production. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order via the email address below or through our Contact Form.

5. Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, please note that any payment processing fees incurred are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
